Refunds are only applicable for projects where the client has made an upfront payment or deposit.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the initial payment.

No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered work or if the project has progressed beyond design approval phase.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS

Full Refund:

If no work has commenced on the project or if the project is canceled before the initial concept delivery.

Partial Refund:

If the project is canceled after the initial concept delivery but before the project reaches 50% completion.

The refund amount will be based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

No Refund:

If the project is canceled after substantial progress has been made or once the final product has been delivered.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Payments made for domain purchases, hosting services, or third-party integrations are non-refundable as they are directly purchased on your behalf.

Any rush or expedited service fees are non-refundable.

4. PROJECT CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writing immediately.

Any outstanding balance for completed work will still be due upon cancellation.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
